23-Day Plan for the HCG Diet

The HCG diet is different from any other diet, which is why it works for so many dieters. One of the good things about it is that it allows you to choose how long you would like to be on the diet for instead of forcing you to do a certain amount of time. The more weight you would like to lose, the longer you will be on the HCG diet.

If you would like to lose between 20 and 30 pounds in one round you should follow a 26-30 day plan. You should complete a 43-48 day plan if your goal is to lose between 25 and 35 pounds. Finally, you can complete a 60-day plan if you would like to lose up to 40 pounds in one round. You shouldn’t stay on the HCG diet for more than 60 days at a time, because it is dangerous for the body to lose more than 40 pounds in such a short amount of time.

Although there are a few different options you can choose from, there is no need to stress about figuring out how long you should stay on the HCG diet. If you choose a shorter plan and decide you would like to stick with the diet longer and lose more weight, you can simply buy more HCG and continue your diet. You will need an extra two ounces of HCG for every 15-18 days you plan on extending your diet. However, you can’t make your HCG diet shorter. You will need to do a minimum of 26 days for the HCG diet to work.

When it comes to the HCG diet, a 23 day plan or anything else shorter than 26 days will not work. However, you have quite a few options when it comes to the length of time you would like to spend on your HCG diet. The more you would like to lose, the longer you should stay on your HCG diet.
